The "Quantum Korea 2025 Organizing Committee" (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) values your personal information and complies with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection”. According to the personal information handling policy, the organizer will inform you about the purpose and method of using the personal information provided by you and what measures are being taken to protect the personal information. The organizer will notify you through a notice on the website (or individual notice) when revising the privacy policy.

Information to be collected The Quantum Korea 2025 is collecting the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, and service application.
1. Collecting data: Name, mobile, e-mail, occupation, position, and other options
2. Automatic collecting data: Service usage records, visit logs, cookies, visit IP information
3. How to collect personal information: Homepage (pre-registration, participating companies, etc.)

The purpose of collection of personal information The Quantum Korea 2025 utilizes personal information collected for participation and viewing guidance related to the event for the following purposes.
1. Identification, real name verification, and intention to sign up according to service use
2. Deliver notice and secure communication path and information
3. Materials for providing personalized services for the latest information such as new services
4. Prevention of fraudulent use and unauthorized use of bad members
5. Other smooth and high-quality services

Duration of retention of personal data In principle, Personal data will not be kept longer than that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is collected. However, the following information shall be preserved for the period specified for the following reasons.

*Retention Data: name, mobile, e-mail, occupation, position, and other options
*Reason of retention: improvement of service, survey statistics, and guide the next event
*Retention period: About 1 year - Within 1 month after the event of next year ends

1. Managerial measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans and regular education for personal information protection
2. Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, installation of encryption and security programs, etc.
3. Physical measures: Control of access to personal information storage such as data processing rooms

Responsibility of Personal Information Management The person in charge of personal information management at this event will be fully responsible for any accidents that violate what was notified to the user when protecting personal information using this event.However, despite technical supplementary measures, they are not responsible for information damage caused by unexpected accidents related to basic network risks such as hacking.
