The Quantum Korea 2026 utilizes personal information collected for participation and viewing guidance related to the event for the following purposes.
1. Identification, real name verification, and intention to sign up according to service use
2. Deliver notice and secure communication path and information
3. Materials for providing personalized services for the latest information such as new services
4. Prevention of fraudulent use and unauthorized use of bad members
5. Other smooth and high-quality services
Duration of retention of personal data
In principle, Personal data will not be kept longer than that is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is collected. However, the following information shall be preserved for the period specified for the following reasons.
*Retention Data: name, mobile, e-mail, occupation, position, and other options
*Reason of retention: improvement of service, survey statistics, and guide the next event
*Retention period: About 1 year - Within 1 month after the event of next year ends

3. Physical measures: Control of access to personal information storage such as data processing rooms
