  • 1. The above participation fee information is based on the Scheme booth.
  • 2. Only gold or higher-ranking can avail Raw space booth.
    •   - If a company participating in the exhibition builds a booth independently, USD 1,000 per 3mx3m will be deducted from the participation fee.
    • (Ex) Gold selection + Raw space booth application

    • *In case of Raw space booth deduction : $10,000USD - $4,000USD ($1,000USD x 4) = $6,000USD

  • 3. Companies, institutions, and universities participating in the exhibition will be provided with an opportunity to present within Quantum Korea 2023.

Additional Utility Services

  • Refer to diverse systems and services [power, Internet services (wired), etc] that the host offers participants.
    Participating companies should calculate and ask for requirements by item in advance.
  • If Internet services are not requested in advance, onsite installation services may not be available. (Additional system application deadline: May 17)
  • Please complete your registration before the deadline for seamless operation.

    • Raw space booth : Basic power services are not available
  • Please request power services (kw) for the activation and lighting of items for the exhibition.
  • Please calculate and ask for the required power (the maximum load) accurately to the nearest rounded up whole number.
  • In case the requested power is exceeded, additional fees will be charged.

Rental of other supplies

Furniture Rental Catalogue
  • To place an additional request for furniture/equipment, apart from the basic package provided to each exhibitor, please refer to the Furniture Rental Catalogue and submit a separate application.
  • In order to rent furniture, you need to download the Exhibitor Manual found under Download Participation Forms, and then fill out and submit Form 08. “Exhibition Furniture Application Form”
  • The rental of the above supplies is subject to extra fees.
